The mad and evil scientist, Dr Aquatic, has hatched a fiendish plan to drain all the oceans into 15 cylindrical holes in the earth. Your job is to find where Dr. Aquatic is doing his dirty work so he can be stopped. With the aid of powerful telescopes mounted on satellites, you can search the ocean floors. What are you looking for? What must the radius of the holes be if they are to hold all the water from the oceans? Take the value of pi to be 22/7 . Give the answer to the nearest mile.
